We are delighted to welcome Euan Holmes to the Fire Depot team. Euan joins us as Customer Care Assistant and is looking forward to getting to know our customers through his day-to-day contact with them.
Euan learned and developed his customer service skills over the last three years working for BP in a supervisory/managerial role. This involved him dealing with a large number of customers every day, so his new role at Fire Depot is very different! He is already enjoying working for a smaller, family owned business where the emphasis is on people and he has the opportunity to develop relationships with colleagues and customers.
Outside of work, Euan takes a keen interest in a range of sports including football, cricket and Formula One. He can also be found at the gym several times a week and is currently training to undertake a Tough Mudder challenge in June!
Euan would best describe himself as meticulous, organised and driven.
