These terms and conditions refer to the 2024 Catalogue Giveaway Promotion brought to you by Sentura Group Ltd and Firechief® Global whose registered office is at Sentura House, 3 Lands’ End Way, Oakham, Rutland LE15 6RB ("Sentura Group Ltd", "we", "us", "our"). These terms and conditions should be read alongside and are in addition to any specific terms which we have included in any promotion or message about this Giveaway Promotion, for example by email, in any of our marketing material or online ("promotional material"). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional information, the promotional information will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. By entering into our 2024 Catalogue Giveaway Promotion you indicate your acceptance of the following terms:
You must be aged 18 or older to enter our giveaway. Employees of Sentura Group Ltd and Firechief® Global or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter.
1. Sentura Group Ltd and Firechief® Global shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to us as described in Sentura Group and Firechief®’s privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. By entering the giveaway, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your giveaway.
2. The 2024 Catalogue Giveaway Promotion applies only during the promotional period of 20.11.2023 to 19.01.2024
3. The giveaway will be given to the business/organisation, not the individual making the submission. The winner is advised to check and is responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result of accepting a giveaway. No entrant may have more than one giveaway.
4. To receive the giveaway, the specified form ‘2024 Catalogue Giveaway Form’ will need to be completed correctly before the end date of the promotional period. Only the first 100 companies to complete the form will be entitled to a giveaway. Sentura Group and Firechief® Global reserve the right to disqualify entries from the giveaway at their discretion.
5. The 2024 Catalogue Giveaway Promotion offer is on an “as available” basis and while stocks last. We reserve the right to replace it (in whole or in part) with any other giveaway or gift to similar value, in the event of difficulties outside our control in obtaining the giveaway offered, in particular, in the event of supply shortages whether temporary or not.
6. Supply of the giveaway will be subject to status of the customer’s account at time of order. Sentura Group and Firechief® reserves the right not to send the giveaway in the case of overdue accounts or other exceptional circumstances.
7. The giveaway has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for a discount, or any other goods supplied by the company. It is not eligible for a refund and no cash alternative is offered.
8. The giveaways are not guaranteed or endorsed by the company and are supplied purely as a gift.
9. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion, accepting the giveaway, receiving the giveaway or as a result of any entrant not receiving an item they wanted.
10. By submitting an entry, you agree to co-operate with us for publicity purposes free of charge, which may include the publication (including on the internet) of your name and/or photograph in the announcement of the promotion.
11. Although we will try our best to make sure that giveaways run smoothly, we reserve the right to cancel a giveaway campaign at any time if relevant circumstances arise outside of our control. We shall not be liable to you should you suffer any loss or damage by entering a giveaway, provided that nothing in these rules shall exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
12. We reserve the right to change these rules at any time and our decision on all matters relating to our giveaway is final.
13. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate this giveaway at any time.
14. The Giveaway is only applicable to UK entrants, other territories will be considered at the company's discretion.
15. These rules are governed by English law and by entering this giveaway you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
