Christmas 2023 Free Gift & Prize Draw Promotion - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the Christmas 2023 Free Gift & Prize Draw Promotion brought to you by Sentura Group Ltd whose registered office is at Sentura House, 3 Lands’ End Way, Oakham, Rutland LE15 6RB ("Sentura Group Ltd", "we", "us", "our"). These terms and conditions should be read alongside and are in addition to any specific terms which we have included in any promotion or message about this Free Gift & Prize Draw Promotion, for example by email, in any of our marketing material or online ("promotional material"). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional information, the promotional information will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. By entering into our Christmas Free Gift & Prize Draw Promotion you indicate your acceptance of the following terms:
You must be aged 18 or older to enter our Prize Draws. Employees of Sentura Group Ltd or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter.

1. Sentura Group Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to us as
described in Sentura Group’s privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.

2. The Christmas Free Gift and Prize Draw Promotion applies only during the promotional period of 13.11.2023 to 15.12.2023

3. Free Gift

3.1 One free Christmas gift will be supplied for every £200 order value, up to a maximum order value of £2000 meaning a maximum of 10 free gifts will be supplied for that order.

3.2 Order totals will be rounded down to the nearest £200 and the corresponding number of free gifts will be supplied, for example an order of the value of £450 would mean that 2 free gifts are supplied.

4. Prize Draw

4.1 One free prize draw entry will be supplied for every £200 order value.
4.2 There will be one prize draw entry for every £200 spent over the £200 order threshold.
4.3 The qualifying spend bracket will be per order, not per customer.
4.4 The prize draw will be for 3 individual gift hampers, each worth £50.
4.5 The prize draw will be drawn on the 18.12.2023 and the 3 winning customers will be contacted to claim their hamper.
4.6 The prize will be awarded to the business/organisation, not the individual making the submission. The winner is advised to check and is responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result of accepting a prize. No entrant may win more than one prize.

5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Fire Depot promotions.

6. Anyone who wishes to opt out of the free gift or prize draw must state this when placing their order.

7. The Christmas free gift & prize draw promotion offer is on an “as available” basis and while stocks last. We reserve the right to replace it (in whole or in part) with any other free gift or prize to similar value, in the event of difficulties outside our control in obtaining the free gift offered, in particular, in the event of supply shortages whether temporary or not.

8. The offer applies only on orders delivered to customers normal delivery address where that is within the UK mainland. The free gifts cannot be redeemed on orders for delivery to third party and/or overseas addresses.

9. Supply of the free gift will be subject to status of the customer’s account at time of order. Fire Depot reserves the right not to send the free gift in the case of overdue accounts or other exceptional circumstances.

10. The free gifts have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for a discount, or any other goods supplied by the company. It is not eligible for a refund and no cash alternative is offered.

11. The free gifts are not guaranteed or endorsed by the company and are supplied purely as a gift. The Tony’s Chocolonely brand is also not endorsed by the company and is supplied purely as a gift.

12. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion, accepting the prize, receiving the gift or as a result of any entrant not winning any prize.

13. Prizes must be accepted in the manner set out in the Prize Notification. In the event that any Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable within 28 days, we reserve the right to disqualify the Prize-winner and select an alternative Prize-winner.

14. By submitting an entry, you agree to co-operate with us for publicity purposes free of charge, which may include the publication (including on the internet) of your name and/or photograph in the announcement of the result.

15. Although we will try our best to make sure that prize draws run smoothly, we reserve the right to cancel a prize draw at any time if relevant circumstances arise outside of our control. We shall not be liable to you should you suffer any loss or damage by entering a prize draw, provided that nothing in these rules shall exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

16. We reserve the right to change these rules at any time and our decision on all matters relating to our prize draws is final.

17. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate this Prize Draw at any time.

18. These rules are governed by English law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
