On 17th December, members of the Fire Depot team gathered remotely on Zoom for the company’s final ‘One Team One Vision’ meeting of 2020.
The meeting was an opportunity to review the year and also to plan for 2021. It was also a chance to announce the Fire Depot Values Champion award for the last third of the year to Sarah Need, Fire Depot's Graphic Designer. Sarah has only been with the company since February this year and has already made a huge impact with her humour, positive energy, and willingness to help others.
The team were also joined by two guest speakers; Pete ‘The Laughing Man’ who held a laughing yoga and meditation session, followed by Bob Hayward who gave everyone an insight into the empathy profiles of the team and much more!
Huge congratulations once again to Sarah on becoming our new Culture Champion – very well deserved!
