Members of the Fire Depot team gathered for the company’s 2020 ‘One Team One Vision’ kick off meeting at Greetham Valley on 2nd January.
As well as reflecting on company performance during 2019, team members worked on setting new targets for each department and for the company as a whole and took part in team building activities.
It was also a perfect opportunity to present the Quarter 4 Values Champions from 2019! Congratulations go to Duncan Lindsell and Lorraine Crawshaw who tied as they both deserved this well-earned recognition. Lorraine who works in the Customer Relationship Team was chosen for being consistently good with customers and Duncan, our Compliance and Systems Manager for his continuous improvement of procedures. Both these team members consistently demonstrate the company values in everything they do. Well done Lorraine and Duncan!
