Members of the Fire Depot team gathered for the company’s regular quarterly ‘One Team One Vision’ meeting on 11th October.
The meeting consisted of performance updates from all departments, team activities and setting goals for the last quarter of the year. It was also an opportunity to present awards to our TWO quarter 3 values champions…. Chetan Thakar and Robin Smith. Congratulations to both!
Chetan who manages the Finance team was voted by colleagues across the business for both upholding all key values and looking for different opportunities to improve. Well done Chetan!
Robin was also awarded as values champion; he was recognised as a supportive individual - especially towards new members of staff by his fellow colleagues. Well done Robin!
