Members of the Fire Depot team met at the East of England Land Rover Experience Centre in Rockingham for a ‘One Team One Vision’ session on Thursday 26th January.
As well as reflecting on the business’s performance during 2022, the team also looked ahead to plans for 2023 and heard presentations from each member of the management team who between them represent every department within the company.
A number of awards were also presented during the morning. Procurement and Supply Manager, Sean Hutchinson was voted Values Champion for T3 2022 in recognition of the value he has brought to the company since joining in September last year. And Technical Sales Manager, Matt Humby and Finance Assistant, Lisa King were both presented with awards for their five- and ten-years’ service, respectively.
Following the business meeting part of the day, everyone in the team experienced first-hand the thrills and challenges of driving Land Rover vehicles off road around the Rockingham Castle estate. Trophies were awarded later in the day for best individual and team drivers and interestingly, these were all won by female team members!
