Christmas/New Year business hours and order despatch
Fire Depot have new plans this year to provide more flexible, extended trading over the coming Christmas and New Year period.
This year, as well as ensuring all our staff can enjoy a well-deserved break, we’ll also be undertaking a stock take and a company-wide training day. To maintain the best service we’ve made some changes to our usual arrangements.
Here’s how our Christmas calendar looks:
Placing orders
• The Customer services desk will be open to take your orders until 5pm December 24th 2014 before closing for Christmas.
• The desk will open again to take orders on Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st December before closing for New Year.
• Normal business resumes on Monday 5th January 2015
Product shipments
• The last product shipments before Christmas will be made on Tuesday 23rd December 2014
• Daily shipping resumes Monday 5th January 2015
