Fire Depot Catalogue Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions refer to prize draws brought to you by Fire Depot, whose registered office is at Sentura House, 3 Lands End Way, Oakham, Rutland LE15 6RB ("Fire Depot", "we", "us", "our"). These terms and conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to any specific terms which we have included in any promotion or message about that prize draw, for example by email, in any of our marketing material or online ("promotional material"). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional information, the promotional information will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. By entering into our prize draw, you indicate your acceptance of the following terms:
You must be aged 18 or older to enter our prize draws. Employees of Fire Depot, or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter.
Unless otherwise stated, we will only accept one entry into a prize draw per organisation, and the prize will be awarded to the business/organisation, not the individual making the submission. The winner is advised to check and is responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result accepting a prize. No entrant may win more than one prize.
Deadlines for entry into our prize draw are stated in the accompanying promotional material and, unless we state otherwise, the winner(s) will be drawn at random following the closing date (29th March 2019.). We will notify the winner(s) as soon as we can after the draw has taken place. We do not accept responsibility for entries which fail to reach us before the closing date for any reason.
The prize(s) will be stated in the accompanying promotional material. In the unlikely event that we have difficulty in acquiring the advertised prize(s), we retain the right to substitute the prize(s) with alternative(s) provided that any substitutions shall be of equal or greater value. We will not offer a cash alternative and should you win, you cannot request an alternative prize or a cash alternative. If the prize is unclaimed after one month it will be deemed to have been forfeited and we reserve the right to award the prize to the next randomly selected entry.
We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize, or as a result of any entrant not winning any prize.
We accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from a venue or event).
In the event that a Prize-winner is disqualified from the prize draw, we will, unless otherwise stated in the prize draw terms, select an alternative Prize-winner in the same manner as the original Prize-winner and such selection will be subject to the Rules.
In the event that any prize or free gift involves alcohol, you accept responsibility for such age-restricted items being used only in accordance with the law..
Prizes must be accepted in the manner set out in the Prize Notification. In the event that any Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable or any Prize-winner fails to validly reply to a Prize Notification within 28 days, we reserve the right to disqualify the Prize-winner and select an alternative Prize-winner.
By submitting an entry, you agree to co-operate with us for publicity purposes free of charge, which may include the publication (including on the internet) of your name and/or photograph in the announcement of the result.
If you enter this prize draw you agree that we may use your personal details to administer and run this prize draw, and for any other purposes stated in the accompanying promotional material. We may need to share your details with any agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please state that you do not wish to enter the prize draw. Although we will try our best to make sure that prize draws run smoothly, we reserve the right to cancel a prize draw at any time if relevant circumstances arise outside our control. We shall not be liable to you should you suffer any loss or damage by entering a prize draw, provided that nothing in these rules shall exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We reserve the right to change these rules at any time and our decision on all matters relating to our prize draws is final.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or terminate this Prize Draw at any time.
These rules are governed by English law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- Fire Depot shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to Fire Depot as described in Fire Depot’s privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
