These terms and conditions refer to £50 off £300 New Year promotions brought to you by Fire Depot, whose registered office is at Sentura House, 3 Lands End Way, Oakham, Rutland LE15 6RB ("Fire Depot", "we", "us", "our"). These terms and conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to any specific terms which we have included in any promotion or message about that promotion, for example by email, in any of our marketing material or online ("promotional material"). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional information, the promotional information will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. By entering into our £50 off £300 New Year promotion, you indicate your acceptance of the above terms:

 You must be aged 18 or older to qualify for the £50 off £300 New Year promotions.  Employees of Fire Depot, or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter.


Happy New Year Promotion terms and conditions include:

  • You must have received a ‘desk jotter and letter’ mailer from us in December 2018. 
  • The £50 off £300 offer applies only during the promotional period from 03/01/2019 to 31/01/2019.
  • Only one £50 promotion offer will be applied for each customer with an order over £300 in value. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Fire Depot promotion..
  • The offer applies only on orders over the value of £300.
  • Promotional code must be quoted to the customer service representative when placing an order.
  • The £50 off £300 will be subject to status of the customer’s account at time of order. Fire Depot reserves the right not to honor this promotion in cases of overdue accounts or other exceptional circumstances.
  • No cash alternative is offered.
  • Fire Depot reserves the right from time to time and at any time to cancel, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, or amend the promotion or these rules with or without prior notice (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
